How Authorized Entry vs. Tampering Works

Authorized Entry

The RX_IN terminal receives a LOW signal from a paired gate receiver when an authorized remote is pressed. V-ALARM then:

  • Temporarily bypasses vibration alarms for 2 minutes.
  • Resets the timer if the remote is pressed again within that period.
  • Flashes the STATUS LED 4 times to confirm authorized entry.

Tampering Detection

If vibration exceeds your set threshold without the RX_IN signal:

  • STATUS LED stays on during vibrations then flashes 2 times.
  • The relay output triggers a siren/alarm for ~30 seconds.
  • Sensitivity is adjustable via the onboard potentiometer.
