The DAB iProtect Pump Controller Box is a reliable digital pump controller and protection unit designed for single-phase pumps up to 2.2kW and three-phase pumps up to 11kW. It is suitable for borehole pumps, drainage pumps, transfer pumps and pressure boosting in single-pump applications, and offers pump protection, fault display and flexible sensor connections, making it a practical choice for borehole, farm, domestic and light commercial pump systems.

Please note: Installation fittings, electrical protection, cartridges, control boxes, cables, unions, brackets, or accessories are not included unless specifically listed above. The optional PT100 temperature sensor module, dry contact module, level probes, float switches and pressure switches are not included.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Select the model that matches your pump's supply voltage (single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V) and motor kW and full-load current. Check the pump's nameplate against the current limit of the model.
• The iProtect 1-22 is for single-phase pumps only. The 3-40, 3-75 and 3-9 are for three-phase pumps only.
• Choose the model according to the pump's rated current, not only its kW rating.
• For single-phase pumps, confirm whether the motor is a 3-wire PSC type (remote capacitor) or a 2-wire PSC type (internal capacitor).
• A level sensor, float switch or pressure switch is required depending on how the pump is to be controlled.
• Installation and wiring must be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with local regulations and the pump manufacturer's requirements.
