The MCE1-D direct online (DOL) empty enclosure is an IP54 housing with pushbuttons already fitted, designed for building your own direct online motor starter. It suits electricians, panel builders and pump installers who want to assemble a starter with their own contactor and overload.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Confirm that the contactor and overload you plan to fit physically fit inside the selected model before ordering.
• Size the contactor and overload for the motor’s power, voltage and full-load current.
• Use cable glands suited to the IP54 rating when entering the enclosure.
• Motor starter wiring and protection must be done by a suitably qualified person.
