The Emjay Nylon Coupling is a barbed push-fit fitting manufactured by Microjet Irrigation Systems in South Africa. It joins two sections of flexible polyethylene (poly) irrigation pipe and is used across drip, micro-irrigation, garden, and agricultural pipe systems. Installation & Compatibility Notes

Select the coupling size that matches the internal diameter of your poly irrigation pipe. Push both pipe ends firmly onto the barbs until the pipe reaches the collar stop. For higher-pressure systems or where vibration is expected, secure each end with an appropriate hose clamp. This fitting is designed for flexible polyethylene poly pipe — it is not compatible with rigid PVC pipe. Confirm your pipe's internal diameter before ordering as poly pipe wall thicknesses and internal diameters can vary between manufacturers.
