Emjay Nylon Tee – Barbed Irrigation Branch Fitting

The Emjay Nylon Tee is a barbed push-fit branch fitting manufactured by Microjet Irrigation Systems in South Africa. It is used to create a T-junction in flexible polyethylene (poly) irrigation pipe, allowing flow to be split to a branch line. Suitable for drip, micro-irrigation, garden, and agricultural systems. Available from 10mm to 80mm to suit all common poly pipe sizes.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Select the tee size matching your poly pipe internal diameter. Push all three pipe ends firmly onto the barbs until they reach the collar stops. For high-pressure applications, secure each barbed connection with a hose clamp. If you need to branch a smaller pipe off a larger mainline, use the Emjay Nylon Reducing Tee instead. This fitting is not suitable for rigid PVC pipe.
