The Industrial Interlock Switch Socket Outlet range is a robust 32A complete socket outlet assembly with an integrated interlock mechanism, designed for demanding industrial, commercial, and outdoor installations. The interlock prevents the plug from being connected or disconnected under load, ensuring safe operation of machinery and equipment. Available in IP44 (splash-protected) and IP67 (waterproof) versions, and in 2P+E, 3P+E, and 3P+N+E configurations covering both single-phase and 3-phase 415V applications. A 3-hour keyed version is available for the 3P+E IP67 variant.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Confirm your supply voltage and phase configuration before selecting a variant – 2P+E for 230V single phase; 3P+E or 3P+N+E for 415V three phase.
• Select IP44 for covered or semi-exposed areas; IP67 for fully exposed outdoor or wet environments.
• The 3-hour version (324O67-3) provides an additional mechanical timer delay before the interlock releases – confirm this is required for your application.
• Ensure cable glands and entries are correctly sealed to maintain the IP rating after installation.
• Use only compatible IEC 60309 plugs of matching rating and pin configuration.
• Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with SANS 10142.
