The KRM Vertical Water Tank is a robust, locally manufactured upright water storage tank available in sizes from 500 litres to 20 000 litres. This Standard Duty tank has a specific gravity (SG) rating of 1.0, making it suitable for the storage of clean potable water for domestic, agricultural, and light commercial applications. Manufactured by KRM Plastics from LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) with UV-stabilised construction, it is designed for long-term outdoor use.

Please note: This product is available for in-store collection only from Zisabo Park Rynie, KZN South Coast, due to the size and weight of larger units. Delivery is not available for this product.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Standard Duty (SG1.0) – suitable for clean water storage only. Do not use for liquids with SG greater than 1.0.
Place on a flat, stable, level surface. A concrete base is recommended for 2 000l and above.
Check height clearance at your site for 15 000l (340cm) and 20 000l (395cm) models.
Do not over-tighten fittings on LDPE tanks.
Collection only – confirm lifting equipment availability for 5 000l and larger.
