The MCE MDI-96-SP is a 96 x 96mm CT operated maximum demand ammeter with a 15 minute demand period and 3 needles including an instantaneous needle. It shows present load current, holds the highest demand reached and tracks instantaneous current, so it suits electricians, panel builders and facility managers monitoring peak load. It is supplied in 7 ratios from 100/5A to 400/5A.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• The meter ratio must match the ratio of the current transformer it is connected to.
• Confirm the 96 x 96mm panel cut-out before ordering.
• Never open-circuit a CT secondary while the primary is energised.
• Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
