Nylon Insert Elbow – 90° Barbed Poly Pipe Elbow, 12mm to 50mm, Class 3 & 6 LDPE

The Nylon Insert Elbow is a 90° barbed fitting for changing direction in Class 3 or Class 6 LDPE poly pipe systems. Both ends are barbed and push into the pipe bore, creating a secure corner connection without clamps or adhesive. Used wherever a poly pipe run needs to turn 90° – around obstacles, along fence lines, or at the end of a run before a riser or valve.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Select the size matching your poly pipe bore. Confirm the pipe is Class 3 or Class 6 LDPE. Push both barbed ends firmly into the pipe until fully seated. For sustained pressure applications, poly pipe clamps over each barbed end are recommended.
