Pedrollo CP/CPM Heavy-Duty Centrifugal Pump – 160/210/220/230/250 Range

The Pedrollo CP/CPM Heavy-Duty Centrifugal Pump range covers Pedrollo's larger single-stage centrifugal pumps, from 1.1kW up to 11kW, for higher-flow water transfer and pressure-boosting applications than the standard CP100-200 range. Single-phase 230V (CPm, up to 2.2kW/3HP) and three-phase 400V (CP, up to 11kW/15HP) motor versions are available, and the range is built for civil, agricultural and industrial water supply duty. The CPm160B model is also available bundled with a Pedrollo Easy Press 2 electronic controller.

• Application: Higher-volume water transfer, farm and agricultural water supply, industrial and commercial pressure-boosting.
• Motor options: Single-phase 230V (CPm, 160 and 220C models only) or three-phase 400V (CP, full range).
• Power range: 1.1kW (1.5HP) to 11kW (15HP) across 14 model sizes.
• Performance: Max head from 30m up to 76m, flow rates up to 900 L/min depending on model.
• Construction: Stainless steel impeller on CP160/210/220/230/250B; cast iron impeller on CP250A. Cast iron pump body throughout.
• Motor efficiency: IE2 (single-phase) or IE3 (three-phase), per IEC 60034-30-1; range meets Minimum Efficiency Index (MEI) ≥ 0.40.

Technical Specifications

Performance figures are read from the manufacturer's official Q/H curve at the flow points supplied. Single-phase (CPm) is only available for the 160 and 220C models; all other sizes in this range are three-phase only. Tolerance of characteristic curves complies with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B.

Configuration Options

Most models are sold as "Pump Only". The CPm160B is also available bundled with Pedrollo's Easy Press 2 electronic controller (standard 1.5 bar restart pressure version), which automatically starts/stops the pump on demand and protects against dry running.

• Confirm your required flow rate and head against the table above before ordering – these are higher-capacity pumps intended for larger systems than the standard CP100-200 range.
• Single-phase 230V (CPm) is only available on the 160 and 220C models. All other sizes require a three-phase 400V connection and installation by a qualified electrician.
• Confirm connection size and pipe compatibility with Zisabo before ordering.
• Larger models (CP230/CP250) draw significant current – confirm your electrical supply and protection can handle the motor's rated absorption before ordering.
• Qualified installation is recommended for all models in this range.
