Pedrollo TOP-VORTEX Submersible Drainage Pump – 230V

The Pedrollo TOP-VORTEX Submersible Drainage Pump is designed for draining dirty water in domestic settings – emptying tanks, managing domestic drains, and clearing sumps. Its vortex impeller can pass suspended solids up to 25mm in diameter, and it includes a float switch and 5m power cable ready for installation. Available in single-phase 230V.

Key Features

• Vortex impeller: Creates a whirlpool effect that lets solids pass through the pump body without clogging, unlike a standard closed impeller.
• Automatic float switch included: Starts and stops the pump automatically as water level rises and falls in the sump.
• Double shaft seal: Seal with interposed oil chamber for added protection against water ingress into the motor.
• Technopolymer construction: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant pump body, suction filter, diffuser and impeller.

Performance figures are read from the manufacturer's official Q/H curve at the flow points supplied. Tolerance of characteristic curves complies with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B.

Please note: This pump is for dirty/waste water, not clean drinking water distribution. Not suited to water containing abrasive particles that could damage the pump.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Confirm your required flow rate and head against the table above before ordering.
• Maximum submersion depth is 3m – for deeper sumps or pits, ask Zisabo about the RX-VORTEX range instead.
• Maximum solids size is 25mm – larger debris should be screened out before it reaches the pump.
• Runs off a standard single-phase 230V household supply.
• Qualified installation is recommended, particularly for permanent sump installations.
