The SAB Swivel Fitting range is a series of polypropylene threaded irrigation fittings for 1" BSP connections. Available in four configurations — coupling, elbow, tee, and cross — and in male/female (M/F) and female/female (F/F) thread combinations, they are used to connect, redirect, split, or branch 1" BSP threaded pipe and fittings in irrigation manifolds and water distribution systems.

Please note: PTFE thread tape is not included. Pipe, valves, and other threaded fittings are not included.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

  • M/F (male/female) — one male BSP thread on one end, one female BSP thread on the other. Suitable where one connecting component has a male thread and the other has a female thread.
  • F/F (female/female) — two female BSP threads. Both connecting components must have male BSP threads.
  • Confirm the required configuration and thread combination before ordering.
  • Thread standard is BSP (British Standard Pipe) — not compatible with NPT (National Pipe Thread).
  • Apply PTFE (Teflon) tape to all male threads before assembly for a watertight seal.
  • These fittings are designed for standard irrigation pressures. Confirm suitability for your system pressure before installation.
