The Everpure Claris Standard is a reliable replacement water filter cartridge designed for combi steamers, self-cooking systems, steam cookers and ovens. It is also listed for coffee, espresso, hot drink vending and brewed iced tea. It is suitable for commercial kitchens, hotels, cafés and equipment technicians, and offers adjustable carbonate hardness control with 5 micron filtration, making it a practical choice for protecting steam and beverage equipment from scale.

Technical Specifications

Capacities are based on influent water hardness of 180 ppm with standard bypass settings. For steam applications and other hardness levels, capacity depends on the bypass setting and must be taken from the manufacturer's capacity and bypass charts.

Please note: Installation fittings, electrical protection, cartridges, control boxes, cables, unions, brackets, or accessories are not included unless specifically listed above. The Claris head is sold separately.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Requires an Everpure Claris head (sold separately). Confirm that your existing head is a Claris head before ordering.
• Check your oven or machine manufacturer's water requirements before choosing a size, particularly for combi steamers.
• Water pressure at the filter inlet must not exceed 8 bar. Fit a pressure reducing valve if needed and install a shut-off valve upstream.
• Flush the cartridge at installation and at every change. Replace when rated capacity is reached or at least once a year.
• Do not use hardness test strips to check performance; a titration test is required.
• Installation should be done by a qualified technician.
