It is suitable for cafés, offices, homes and coffee equipment installers, and includes the cartridge, head, tubing and fittings needed to connect to the machine, making it a practical choice for reducing scale and chlorine taste in coffee water.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Check your machine's water inlet connection and required flow before ordering.
• Install the cartridge vertically with the cartridge hanging down, and leave clearance below the head for cartridge changes.
• Never connect with a saddle valve. Replace cartridges on a regular six-month schedule or when capacity is reached.
• Scale protection depends on your water hardness. Contact us with your hardness reading if scale is a concern for your machine.
• Installation is required and should be done by a qualified technician.
