• This fitting has an IP33 rating — protected against solid objects larger than 2.5mm and vertically falling water only. It is suitable for sheltered or covered outdoor areas rather than fully exposed, rain-facing locations. If your installation will be exposed to direct rain or wind-driven water, consider one of our IP54 or higher rated fittings instead.
• Confirm the fixing method for the pedestal base is compatible with your gatepost or wall-top surface before ordering.
• Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician.
