The MCE UKT Surface Mount Change Over Switch is a manual changeover switch supplied in a PVC IP65 enclosure. It is used to switch a load between mains and a generator, inverter or second supply, and suits electricians, installers and maintenance teams who need a ready-enclosed changeover for walls, plant rooms and outdoor positions.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Choose a rating above the full load current of the circuit.
• Use 2P for single-phase, 3P for three-phase and 4P where the neutral must also be switched.
• Use suitable glands to maintain the IP65 rating.
• Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician in line with SANS 10142.
