The KRM Vertical Water Tank Medium Duty (SG1.4) is a heavier-walled LDPE upright water storage tank suitable for storing liquids with a specific gravity of up to 1.4. This includes water, certain diluted chemicals, fertiliser solutions, and other liquids where a standard water-grade (SG1.0) tank is insufficient. Available in sizes from 500 litres to 20 000 litres, it suits domestic, agricultural, industrial, and light commercial applications where liquid density exceeds that of water.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Rated Medium Duty (SG1.4). Confirm the specific gravity of your stored liquid before ordering.
Confirm chemical compatibility of LDPE with the intended liquid before purchase.
Place on a flat, stable, level surface. A concrete base is recommended for 2 000l and above.
Check height clearance at your site for 15 000l (340cm) and 20 000l (395cm) models.
Collection only – confirm lifting equipment before collecting larger tanks.

Warranty & Support

KRM Plastics vertical water tanks carry an 8-year manufacturer warranty, subject to correct installation and correct application (SG1.4 maximum). Contact Zisabo before ordering if unsure whether this grade is suitable.
