Nylon Insert Nipple Reducing Barrel – BSP Male x Barbed Poly Pipe Nipple

The Nylon Insert Nipple Reducing Barrel is a short nipple fitting with a BSP male thread on one end and a smaller barbed insert end on the other. Use it to connect a larger BSP female-threaded fitting or port to a smaller poly pipe lateral. It is a reducing adaptor that bridges the size difference between a BSP threaded component and a smaller poly pipe connection in one fitting.

Please note: Poly pipe and clamps are not included. Apply PTFE tape to the BSP male thread before connecting to a female threaded fitting.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Apply PTFE tape to the BSP male thread and screw into the female-threaded port. Push the smaller barbed end into the poly pipe until fully seated. Clamp the barbed end for sustained pressure use. Confirm the BSP thread size matches your fitting and the barbed end matches your poly pipe bore before ordering.
