Nylon Insert Plug BSP Threaded – Barbed End Cap With BSP Male Thread for Poly Pipe

The Nylon Insert Plug BSP Threaded is a barbed end cap with a BSP male thread stub. Insert the barbed end into the bore of a Class 3 or Class 6 LDPE poly pipe to cap off the line; the BSP male thread stub on the outer end allows you to attach a threaded cap, pressure gauge, or future BSP fitting at any point. It is a useful fitting where a line may need to be opened up later or where a gauge port is required at a pipe end.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Match the barbed end to your poly pipe bore size. Push firmly into the pipe end until fully seated. Clamp for sustained pressure. If attaching a threaded component to the BSP male stub, apply PTFE tape before assembly.
